He has been a key driver of numerous new product marketing introductions, 13 of which achieved sales greater than $1 billion. Working for several multi-billion dollar organizations, Greg has also held key marketing and sales/marketing analytics roles.
In addition to his marketing and sales expertise, Greg is a successful entrepreneur, and has conceived of, funded, built and sold several successful small businesses.
Greg Vydra has 25 years' experience in marketing and sales strategy consulting. Prior to co-founding The GNG Group, he was Director, Business Analytics, at GlaxoSmithKline, and prior to that he was a Consultant with ZS Associates.
Greg is both a strategist and a quantitative analyst. He helps organizations develop innovative strategic options and to make better decisions, by leveraging his experience, creativity, and analytical ability to extract insight from information.
Greg has led business strategy and optimization projects with over 30 companies in over 20 countries. His industry experience spans pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices & equipment, diagnostics & testing equipment, medical imaging, hospitals, US Federal institutions, managed care organizations, transportation logistics, food processing, and manufacturing. Greg is also a past President of the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association.

Jay has over 30 years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, operations planning and logistics.
Jay has led commercial analytics teams with over 80 employees, designing, building, and implementing successful analytics processes to drive commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
He has held senior positions at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, and IBM Advanced Analytics.
John has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithkline.
From 2001 to early 2015, John was Director of Global Commercial Strategy in the Metabolic and Cardiovascular therapy areas.
John has in-depth experience in new product forecasting, in-line sales forecasting, value proposition development and strategic planning for all aspects of new product development.
As a Data Analyst at the GNG Group, Presley has worked alongside a wide range of clients.
He has helped them with a variety of topics using data-driven results that can be converted into actionable insights.
In his current role, Presley has assisted clients to find trends and patterns in their data applied to sales force optimization, forecasting, ROI assessment, sales force reporting and operations.
